A video of a BJP leader in Meerut has gone viral, leading to the arrest warrant being issued for a councilor and BJP worker. It is alleged that BJP worker Ravindra Nagar from Ward 18 created an explicit video of the party’s female leader. The video was then made viral on social media using a fake ID. When the BJP leader learned about this, she filed a complaint at the Bhawanpur police station against the BJP worker. The police investigation revealed that Ward 18 councilor Ravindra was involved in sharing the obscene video. The Bhawanpur police have issued arrest warrants for both the accused.

According to the report filed at the Bhawanpur police station, BJP worker Ravindra Nagar, a resident of Somdutt Vihar in Meerut, edited and created a fake explicit video of the BJP leader with the intention of defaming her. He then passed the video to councilor Ravindra from Ward 18. The councilor created a fake ID and made the video go viral on social media. The police have registered a case against both accused under serious charges. The woman in the video is a BJP leader.

This is not the first time that councilor Ravindra, who shared the fake video, has been involved in controversies. He has faced serious allegations in the past as well. The city BJP president, Mukesh Singhal, has called this act extremely shameful. He stated that the police should take strict action against those who defame women in such a manner. The party has taken note of the incident, and appropriate action will be taken soon.

In another development related to the case of sharing the fake video of the BJP leader in Meerut, one of the accused appeared in court on Tuesday to surrender. However, the court did not allow him to surrender as he was charged under the IT Act. SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan informed that they received information in the afternoon that an accused had reached the court and was preparing to surrender. By the time the police arrived, the accused had already left. It has been revealed that one of the accused is councilor Ravindra, while the other is BJP worker Ravindra Nagar. It is being investigated as to which accused actually went to surrender. Meanwhile, the BJP leader also went to court to file a Section 164 statement, but it is not related to the crime. Therefore, the court did not accept her statement under Section 164.
